   4 This repository holds the sources for *rrqnet*, which concern VPN
   5 building over UDP transport. It operates at Ethernet level, which
   6 means it transports both ipv4 and ipv6, and it can thus be used for
   7 ipv6 over ipv4 tunneling, or ipv4 tunneling over ipv6, as well as ipv4
   8 VPN or ipv6 VPN.
